RE:     UCI End of year / Holiday Party

The community End of year / Holiday party is scheduled for Saturday December 23rd, 2023, at the Ramada Plaza Hotel, 1090 S. Milwaukee Ave, Wheeling.

In order to provide a successful, decent, memorable, fun event, the Executive Committee is requesting your support. The success of these events requires collective effort and a fair share of responsibilities from all members.

It’s from this background and the need to grow and move our community forward that we request the minimum contribution for this year’s event as follows.

Adults 18 years and over – $50

Youth 14 years – 18 years – $20

Children 13 years and below – $10

For smooth and timely preparations, we encourage sending in payments in advance to the treasurer. Those unable to pay in advance, cash payments will be accepted at the entrance on the day of the event. Donations and contributions over the above minimum requirement are very welcome and much appreciated.

Your continued support and generosity is of great significance in the development and progress of our community

Our community, Our children, Our Future
